Terms of service.

What the service is

HedgeFundAI is a private business workspace: a private workspace, a business-aware AI assistant, and connectors to the tools you already use. It is currently in private beta, invite-only, and offered on a best-effort basis.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use HedgeFundAI for:

• Abusive automation, including attempts to overload, flood, or circumvent the workspace or its connectors.
• Impermissible scraping of HedgeFundAI or of any connected third-party service beyond what your own connection is scoped to access.
• Re-identifying, de-anonymizing, or otherwise attempting to unmask other users or businesses from data made available to you.

The AI assistant

The in-workspace AI assistant produces advisory outputs: drafts, summaries, and suggestions. It does not take autonomous action outside your workspace. Any output should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Approval gates on external actions

External sending and other external actions are not available today. If those capabilities are introduced, HedgeFundAI will require your explicit approval, recorded against a draft prepared for your review, before anything happens outside your workspace.

Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe, monthly or annual. Details:

• HedgeFundAI is invite-only during private beta: access is reviewed personally, and billing is arranged with you once your workspace is set up, not through instant self-serve checkout.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Founding-member pricing is locked for 12 months.
• AI usage is measured in monthly credits. Answers read directly from your connected data use no credits; answers the assistant reasons through with AI use credits, even when they draw on that data. Credits are a soft cap: if you use all of your plan's included credits, the assistant keeps working and we never charge overage fees.
• Taxes are calculated as part of your billing setup where applicable.

Termination

Either party may end participation in the private beta at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms, or the separate beta agreement, are not followed, or if we end the private beta program. On termination, your workspace access ends and data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
